Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27 May 2026
This page explains what cookies and browser storage we use on this website, and why.
What we use
We use exactly one piece of browser storage: a localStorage entry named "preferred-locale" that remembers whether you selected English or Romanian. This lets us serve you the right language on your next visit without you having to choose again.
This is functional storage, not a tracking cookie. It contains a single value ("en" or "ro") and is never sent to our servers or any third party.
What we don't use
We do not use any of the following:
Analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, nothing).
Advertising or marketing cookies.
Tracking pixels or fingerprinting scripts.
Third-party cookies of any kind.
Because we set no non-essential cookies by default, we do not display a cookie consent banner — consistent with EU ePrivacy guidance, which requires consent only for non-essential storage. The one exception is our booking calendar, which loads only if you choose to open it (see "Third-party services").
Third-party services
When you submit the contact form, your data is processed by sub-processors (Vercel, Resend, Google Workspace). These services do not set cookies on your browser as part of that interaction — they receive and route your submission server-side.
If you open the "Book a call" option in our contact section, our appointment calendar loads Google's scheduling widget. That widget can set Google cookies — but it loads only when you actively choose to open it, never by default.
See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
How to clear browser storage
To delete the "preferred-locale" entry, clear your browser's site data for ai-in-business.tech via your browser settings. The site will then default to its automatic language detection on your next visit.
Clearing this value does not affect your account, your submissions, or anything else — it is purely a UI preference.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we ever introduce new functionality that uses cookies or other browser storage. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
