AI strategy consulting — a plan for where AI fits, and where it doesn't
Implemented properly, AI saves you time, and it does not necessarily require a large investment. Set up around your processes, it becomes an assistant that handles the repetitive work your team does every day. AI strategy consulting is a structured review of how your business actually works, ending in a written plan: which tasks are worth automating, which tools fit, what each step should cost, and in what order to do it. You keep the plan whether or not you build anything with us.
Who this is for
Owners and managers of businesses who keep hearing that AI matters, have no shortage of vendors offering tools, and no reliable way to judge which of it applies to them.
Signs you need this
- Your team tried a few AI tools, nobody agreed what they were for, and none of them stuck.
- You can name the bottleneck in your business, but not the technology that would remove it.
- Every quote you receive proposes a different scope, so none of them can be compared.
How we work it
We map the work
Two to four interviews with the people who do the job. We follow one task from request to delivery, including the spreadsheets, messages and workarounds that no process document mentions.
We score the candidates
Each candidate task is scored on volume, cost of error, data readiness and technical difficulty. Anything that fails the score is written down as rejected, with the reason.
We write the roadmap
A sequenced plan: what to do first, what it depends on, what it should cost, and which number tells you it worked. Written to be executed by anyone.
What you get
- A written map of the workflows we reviewed, in plain language
- A scored shortlist of AI use cases, including the ones we advise against
- A sequenced roadmap with effort, cost range and expected outcome per step
- A tooling recommendation that accounts for the software you already pay for
Timeline and cost
The scoping call is free and takes an hour. The consultancy phase that produces the roadmap is billed at €75 per hour, typically 6 to 12 hours across two to three weeks.
Questions
- Do I have to build anything with you afterwards?
- No. The roadmap is written to be executed by anyone: your own team, your existing IT provider, or us. It is a deliverable, not a sales document.
- What if the answer is that we don't need AI?
- Then that is the answer, and we write it down with the reasoning. A roadmap that recommends three small automations and rejects seven ideas is a successful outcome.
