AI tool integration — connect the software you already run

AI tool integration adds AI capability to the systems your business already uses, instead of buying another platform. Your CRM, inbox, document store or ERP gains drafting, classification, extraction or search, inside the workflow your team already knows.

Who this is for

Teams that already pay for good software, do not want a twelfth login, and have staff quietly pasting company data into public AI tools because the official systems do not help them.

Signs you need this

  • People use public AI tools with company data, and nobody approved it.
  • You pay for an AI feature inside a subscription and nobody uses it.
  • The useful data sits in one system while the work happens in another.

How we work it

  1. We check what your systems allow

Most business software already exposes an API or an automation hook. We confirm what yours supports before proposing anything that needs custom development.

  2. We connect one workflow end to end

One integration, in production, with real data and real permissions, not a demonstration on sample records.

  3. We set the boundaries in writing

Which data may leave the system, which provider processes it, what is logged, and who can switch it off. Agreed in plain language before go-live.

What you get

  • A working integration inside the tools your team already uses
  • A written data-flow description: what goes where, and to which provider
  • Access and permission rules, reviewed with you before launch
  • Handover documentation your own IT provider can maintain

Timeline and cost

Integrations typically run 3 to 6 weeks, depending on how open the systems are. Engagements start from €3,000, with the final price set per project.

Questions

Will our data be used to train someone's model?
Not if the integration is built properly. Business-tier APIs from the major providers exclude submitted data from training by default. We confirm the terms in writing for the specific provider and plan before anything is connected.
What if our software has no API?
Then we say so. Workarounds exist and they are usually fragile. We would rather tell you an integration is a bad idea than sell you something that breaks at the next update.
