Ongoing AI support — because models and processes both drift

Ongoing AI support keeps what you deployed working: monitoring output quality, catching the day a provider changes a model, updating automations when your process changes, and retiring the ones that stopped paying for themselves.

Who this is for

Businesses running AI in production with nobody in-house whose actual job is to check that it still does what it did on day one.

Signs you need this

  • An automation has run for months and nobody has reviewed its output.
  • A vendor changed their model and the results changed with it.
  • Your process moved on and the automation still follows the old one.

How we work it

  1. We agree what working means

A small set of checks per system, based on the same measures used when it was built. Vague quality standards produce vague reviews.

  2. We review on a fixed rhythm

Monthly or quarterly: sampled output, failure rate, cost per run, and what changed on the provider side since the last review.

  3. We report and act

A short written review: what to keep, what to fix, what to switch off. We would rather retire an automation than let it quietly produce noise.

What you get

  • A monitoring setup with agreed quality checks
  • A written review on the agreed rhythm
  • Fixes and updates within the agreed scope
  • A recommendation to retire anything no longer earning its keep

Timeline and cost

Support runs as a rolling agreement, billed hourly or as a fixed monthly block, reviewed every quarter.

Questions

Do you support systems you did not build?
Often, yes, after a review of how it was built and what it does. If we cannot see the code or the configuration, we say so rather than guess.
What happens if a provider raises prices or retires a model?
That is one of the things the review watches. Where it matters, systems are built so the model can be swapped, and the review tells you what a swap would cost before you are forced into one.
