Team training and AI adoption — the part that decides whether any of it sticks
AI training gets your team to the point where they use the tools correctly, know what the tools get wrong, and can explain why a result was accepted. It is also a legal duty: Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and requires companies that use AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who operate them.
Who this is for
Companies whose AI tools were bought but never adopted, and companies that need to show they have addressed the AI literacy requirement.
Signs you need this
- Two people use the tools daily and everyone else went back to the old way.
- Nobody can say what the tools are not allowed to be used for.
- You have no record of any AI training, and Article 4 has applied since February 2025.
How we work it
We train on your work
Sessions use your documents, your customers and your cases. Generic prompt courses do not transfer to the desk on Monday morning.
We set the rules
A short, readable internal policy: approved tools, data that must never be pasted anywhere, and who checks what before it reaches a customer.
We document it
Content, attendance and dates, recorded in a form you can produce if you are ever asked to show it.
What you get
- Role-specific sessions run on your own material
- A one-page internal AI usage policy in plain language
- A documented training record with dates and content covered
- A short reference sheet each participant keeps
Timeline and cost
Training programmes run 2 to 4 weeks depending on team size, and are delivered in English, Romanian or Bulgarian.
Questions
- Is AI training really a legal requirement?
- Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 and requires providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff operating them. No specific certificate is mandated; documented internal training is normally accepted. We are not a law firm. For a formal compliance opinion, ask your legal adviser.
- Our team is not technical. Is that a problem?
- No. The sessions are built for the people doing the work: sales, administration, operations. Nobody is asked to write code.
